WarefHaus provides corporate legal consultation, contract drafting, intellectual property protection, and related advisory services to businesses across Germany. Services are delivered by qualified legal professionals and are subject to applicable German law.
Engagement with WarefHaus is formalized through written agreement. Services begin upon confirmation of instructions and agreement to fees. Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information relevant to their matter.
Fees are quoted based on service scope and complexity. Payment terms are specified in the engagement letter. Invoices are due within 14 days of receipt. Late payments incur interest at the statutory rate.
WarefHaus maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client information in accordance with German legal and professional standards. Information may be disclosed only with client consent or where legally required.
WarefHaus liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Clients assume responsibility for decisions based on our advice.
Either party may terminate engagement with written notice. Upon termination, clients remain liable for fees incurred and expenses. All client materials are returned upon request.

These Terms are governed by German law. All disputes are resolved under German jurisdiction.
